Contact
One address, read by the people who write the code.
There is no contact form here on purpose. A form needs a server to receive and store what you type, and this site does not have one — the same reason your photo never leaves your device.
Expect an answer within a few days. This is an independent project, not a company with a support desk, so there is no queue, no ticket number and nobody working nights.
Reporting a wrong measurement
These get answered first, ahead of everything else. If a number on a format page does not match the official requirement, tell us:
- which format page — the address of it is enough
- which number is wrong, and what it should be
- a link to the government or consulate page that says so — this is the part that matters, because we do not change a measurement on the strength of a claim alone
A wrong measurement can cost somebody an appointment, so a correction with a source behind it is the most useful message this project can receive. Formats we have not yet checked by hand say so on the page; pointing us at the official source for one of those is just as welcome.
Reporting a bug
Useful things to include: which browser and device, what you were doing when it broke, and what happened instead. If detection or export failed on a particular photo, describe the photo — please do not attach it. We have no way to receive files and no wish to hold anyone’s face on a mail server.
Requesting a country or document
Tell us the country and the document type, and a link to the page that publishes the requirements. Formats with an official source behind them get added faster than ones we have to go looking for.
What this address is not for
We cannot tell you whether a particular office will accept your photo — that is their decision, and the terms say as much. We do not review photos sent by email, and we do not process anyone’s photo on their behalf: the tool is free, runs in your browser, and there is nothing we could do with your file that you cannot do yourself in less time.
Link exchanges, guest posts and SEO offers go unanswered.
Privacy of what you send
Email that reaches us is stored by our mail provider like any other message, and we keep it only as long as the conversation needs. It is never used to build a mailing list. The privacy policy covers the rest.
